Job Description The Successful Applicant

Product Execution & Performance
Own day-to-day performance of assigned lending products (e.g., term loans, salary-linked lending).
Monitor KPIs: disbursement volumes, conversion rates, yield, and delinquency.
Implement funnel improvements (offer logic, booking, disbursement).
Digital Enablement & Process Optimization
Partner with Tech and Data teams to enhance digital onboarding and underwriting processes.
Support automation initiatives and CRM signal integration for better customer journeys.
Portfolio Health & Risk Alignment
Track product-level portfolio health and escalate early warning signals.
Work with Risk and Collections to implement scorecards and remediation strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and campaign success.
Prepare product performance reports for Lending Business Head and internal stakeholders.
Team Contribution
Mentor junior analysts or specialists within the lending tribe.
Contribute to capability-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
5-7 years experience in lending or fintech, with exposure to digital products
Familiarity with credit risk principles and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage product performance and implement process improvements
