Job Description

Leads the commercial and marketing performance of the assigned MedTech portfolio, driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability.

The role develops strategies, strengthens customer and KOL engagement, manages business partners, and collaborates with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective execution and sustainable business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, portfolio planning, and gotomarket execution
  • Drive sales performance and support field effectiveness
  • Manage business partners, principals, and key external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and medical societies
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
  • Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, RAQA, and Regional teams
  • Ensure highimpact product education and customer engagement programs

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years experience in Medical Devices, Medical Technology
  • Strong background in marketing or commercial management
  • Experience as Product Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership roles
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of the Philippine healthcare market
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fastmoving environment
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA is a plus
