Job Description

Partnership Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, assess, and recruit high-value partners such as remittance partners, organizations, OFW/Seafarer influencers, content creators, financial advisers.
  • Explore and recommend new partnership opportunities aligned with business growth goals.
  • Develop and propose commission structures, incentives, and exclusive programs to retain partners, including preparing required documentation for approval.
  • Lead presentations, orientation sessions, and provide marketing materials and tracking tools to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
  • Ensure all agreements, documentation, and marketing materials comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Strategy & Business Development Initiatives

  • Execute partnership-driven campaigns designed to increase lead generation and conversions.
  • Work with marketing teams to craft promotional materials such as social posts, email templates, and ad creatives.
  • Support the planning of seasonal promotions, partner activities, and engagement initiatives.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication and build strong working relationships with partners to maximize performance.
  • Use analytics tools to track metrics including click-through rates, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify inactive or low-performing partners and initiate reactivation or improvement strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, or updates.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor partnership and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of partner data, activities, and campaign documents.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve partnership effectiveness and workflow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnership programs, and emerging digital tools to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales (experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage).
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic sales or marketing programs.
  • Proficient in social media and digital platforms.
  • Experience working with OFWs, influencers, or fintech industries is a plus.
  • Willing to travel or perform fieldwork when required.
