Salary Range: up to ₱60,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Ortigas City

Your Responsibilities

The candidate must be familiar with the software development life cycle. The candidate must be familiar with the documents produced by a BA such as business process documents (BPDs, G&Ps, URs, reports and dashboards. Must be able to prepare process flows, work plans, work manuals, presentations to different stakeholders, training materials, conduct trainings, facilitate meetings, adept in MS Excel and how data is connected to processes. Individual skills include organization skills, logical thinking, ability to identify business risks, optimize processes and introduce innovation, ability to communicate with different stakeholders (users, clients, developers, higher management, etc.) and can work with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For

• Must have 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst, technical business analyst, or in similar roles
• Must have experience in handling data, processing data, and generating reports.
• Must be familiar with the tools used in data processing such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and others
• Must be able to do different business process documents (BPD, G&P, UR etc)
• Must be able to prepare work manuals, training materials, conduct trainings, facilitate meetings, reports and dashboards
