Business Analyst HealthTech

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our talented team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for converting business requirements into innovative technology solutions. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are aligned with business direction and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and understand product objectives and vision
• Analyze the requirements to completely paint the ecosystem surrounding our proposed solution (including the scope, risks, assumptions)
• Guide product owners throughout the duration of the development process
• Ensure proper analysis, documentation, and communication of the requirements (user stories, and/or appropriate process or data models)
• Support the solutions and development team in delivering the product efficiently (ad hoc alignments, stand ups, plannings, estimations, prioritizations, etc.)
• Align with the design and quality assurance teams and provide inputs on their mockups and test cases to ensure they align with the user stories (as well as the projects scope)
  
  
  

• At least 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst in the Software industry
• Solid background in requirements management of software products
• Experience in developing quality artifacts requirements traceability matrix, user stories, use cases, process models, data models, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge on best practices from multiple industries
• Preferred but not required: Trained in IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or in any associated bodies
