Billing Representative Telco Medical

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for organizations in their search for a Billing Representative based in Ortigas.

Salary Range: ₱23,000 - ₱28,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Ortigas

The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Representative with experience in either telecommunications or medical billing. In this role, you will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate processing of billing transactions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid background in BPO operations and a keen eye for detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound billing-related inquiries from customers
• Explain billing charges, statements, and payment options clearly and accurately
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
• Process adjustments, refunds, and payment arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and issue resolution
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  
  

• At least 1 year of BPO experience with Telco Billing or Medical Billing background
• At least High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or completed at least 1 year in college (undergraduate)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Amenable to attend onsite final interview (9:00 PM onwards)
• Willing to work onsite
