Australian Loan Processor

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processing Officer to support an offshore mortgage broking operation serving Australian clients. If you have hands-on experience in end-to-end mortgage processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment this could be for you.

Role Overview

You will manage the full mortgage application lifecycle from submission to settlement ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth lender coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mortgage application processing
• Collect and verify supporting documentation per lender requirements
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients for outstanding information
• Prepare and lodge applications via AFG Flex or BrokerEngine
• Track application progress and follow up on conditions
• Maintain accurate CRM/workflow updates
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines
• Support post-submission and settlement tasks
• Identify process improvements to enhance turnaround times
  
  

• 34 years experience in mortgage loan processing (Australian market preferred)
• MUST have hands-on experience with AFG Flex or BrokerEngine
• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage products and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
