General Responsibilities

Learning & Development Ownership

  • Onboarding Excellence: Own the New Hire Training Series, ensuring every employee undergoes high-impact cultural and operational integration within their first 90 days.
  • Comprehensive Training Programs: Design and execute both Functional Training (partnering with Department Heads to bridge technical/process gaps) and Interdepartmental Series (Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Health & Wellness).
  • Mandatory Trainings Enforcement: Administer the compliance curriculum to ensure 100% staff completion and update content to meet legal standards.
  • HR-Specific Training: Design and deliver HR-led workshops for the wider workforce (e.g., Performance Management cycles and HR policy refreshers).
  • Learning Content Strategy: Curate and update the digital Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with industry standards.

Talent Management Support (Talent Acquisition & Engagement)

  • Talent Lifecycle Support: Provides end-to-end support for the Talent Acquisition team, including requisition posting, pipeline maintenance, and assisting with recruitment events and career days.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborates on the company’s brand narrative by creating content that showcases our learning culture and employee success stories to attract top-tier talent.
  • Engagement & Culture: Supports the execution of employee engagement surveys, internal recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives to drive retention and morale.
  • Internal Mobility Advocacy: Helps bridge the gap between L&D and TA by identifying high-potential internal candidates for promotion or lateral growth opportunities.

Data Analytics & Systems Operations

  • System Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the ATS and HRIS, ensuring all candidate and employee records are accurate, complete, and synchronized.
  • Data Insights & Reports: Produce regular reports and dashboards such as recruitment speed, training ROI, and onboarding satisfaction, to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery Optimization: Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Objective Key Results (OKRs), swiftly addressing any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of professional experience. Previous internships or entry-level roles specifically in Human Resources, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design are highly preferred.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Strong public speaking and communication skills; must be comfortable leading workshops or presenting information to groups (both in-person and virtually).
  • Technological Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with Canva or basic video editing tools for creating training materials is a plus.
  • Systems Aptitude: A quick learner who can navigate or has had exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or HRIS platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to collect and organize data into clear, simple reports.
  • Planning & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
