Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to respond to inbound, outbound, email and chat inquiries from medical members and providers, on Eligibility and Medical benefits & health Claims Inquiry
• Provider Inquiry pre-authorization and/or other medical services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute. Requirements:
• Ability to be organized and detail oriented with the capability to multi-task.
• Proficient computer and internet navigation skills
• Excellent communication Skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic and maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
• Willing to work with different shifts including night, weekend schedules.
• Customer Centric Attitude
