What Youll Do
TikTok Shop Product & Performance Management
Upload and manage products on TikTok Shop using third-party tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Shopedance, SilkCommerce) and directly via the TikTok Seller Center
Analyze product-level performance, identifying trends and drivers across revenue, margin, TACoS, ACoS, conversion rate, and content performance
Develop and implement data-driven action plans to improve product performance and ranking
Conduct daily monitoring of key products and niches to ensure competitiveness in pricing, promotions, and content cadence
Ensure all updates in TikTok Seller Center are reflected accurately and in a timely manner on TikTok Shop
Affiliate Strategy & Community Management
Own and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate program as a core revenue channel
Proactively source, recruit, and onboard affiliates using tools such as Euka Bot, TikTok Affiliate Marketplace, and direct outreach
Define and optimize affiliate incentive structures (commission rates, bonuses, seeding, exclusive campaigns) to drive adoption and performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates, creators, and agencies
Develop and nurture an affiliate community, including communication cadence, performance feedback, and campaign alignment
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to provide affiliates with clear product positioning, content guidelines, and launch priorities
Monitor affiliate performance and continuously refine strategy to maximize ROI and incremental growth
FBT & Inventory Management
Manage Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) stock levels to ensure consistent product availability
Partner with Forecast and Operations teams to coordinate demand planning and replenishment
Monitor sell-through rates and prevent stockouts or overstock situations, especially during campaigns and peak periods
Align affiliate and promotional activity with inventory readiness to avoid supply constraints
Cross-Functional & Strategic Execution
Partner with Brand Managers to develop brand-level and product-level strategies that require cross-functional execution
Work closely with external creative teams to support content refreshes, SEO optimization, pricing strategies, CX excellence, and CRM initiatives
Produce and maintain daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting insights, risks, and recommended actions
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives and continuous performance improvement
Who You Are
With strong analytical skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
Experience in managing Tiktok affiliates and Tiktok Ads is a plus.
Tiktok Shop US and Amazon experience preferred
Must have advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
