About The Role

The DTC Associate Brand Manager (ABM) is a core member of the Brand Management team, responsible for running the business on brand-owned DTC platforms (brand.com). Similar to an Amazon ABM, this role owns day-to-day channel operations while supporting profitable growth through data-driven execution and strategic collaboration.

The DTC ABM partners closely with a Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and scalable growth on DTC channels. While the scope is platform-specific, the role is fundamentally a commercially driven ABM position with direct impact on revenue, margin, and long-term brand performance.

What Youll Do

  • P&L Management & Data Analysis
    • Support channel-level P&L management for DTC by analyzing key performance metrics such as revenue, margin, conversion rate, AOV, and customer acquisition performance. Investigate trends and variances to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Produce and maintain daily and weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.

  • Operational Management (DTC)
    • Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify-based DTC stores.
    • Maintaining product catalogs, pricing, promotions, images, and content accuracy.
    • Ensuring websites are live and updated with current campaigns, launches, and temporary promotions.
    • Coordinating with Supply Chain and relevant stakeholders to support demand forecasting and proactively flag potential out-of-stock risks.
    • Managing Shopify app ecosystem, including contracts, budgets, and ongoing performance.
    • Monitoring competitive landscape and benchmarking pricing, promotions, UI/UX, and campaign mechanics.
  • Strategic Execution
    • Execute data-driven action plans to improve DTC performance and support brand objectives.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams on initiatives such as site optimization, SEO enhancements, pricing strategies, CRM improvements, and customer experience optimization.

  • Team Collaboration & Launch Support
    • Act as a key support partner to the Brand Manager by providing insights, analysis, and execution support for DTC strategies.
    • Support product launches by coordinating site readiness, content updates, promotions, and post-launch performance analysis.
    • Depending on experience level, increased autonomy may be granted in managing channel initiatives and decision-making.
Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles, with hands-on exposure to DTC (Shopify) platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Working knowledge of P&L management, demand forecasting, and DTC performance metrics.
  • Experience managing Shopify-based websites and related tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a defined scope.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
