Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Clinical Monitoring: Measuring and recording vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and reporting any changes or concerning symptoms to the charge nurse or physician.
- Answering patient call signals, documenting health observations, and assisting in the communication process between patients, families, and the medical team.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered/Licensed Nurse
- Strong interpersonal communication, patience, physical stamina, and a keen eye for observing changes in a patient's condition.
- Adherence to facility policies.
