Get to Know the Team

Our team drives Grab's growth by optimizing media spend, building high-impact campaigns, and aligning cross-functional resources across Marketing, Creative team and media partners. Leveraging data-driven insights and end-to-end performance marketing, we maximize CPA and ensure cross-channel integration to directly impact Daily Transacting Users (DTUs) and GMV.

Get to Know the Role

This role owns day-to-day app campaign optimization and performance marketing strategies to drive User Acquisition (UA), GMV, cross-product adoption, and user reactivation. Additionally, you will build, pioneer, and scale internal and external AI-driven solutions to transform operational workflows, maximize efficiency, and accelerate business growth.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• App Campaign Optimization & Growth: Drive day-to-day app campaign optimization across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search, etc.). Execute multi-channel UA, retargeting, and reactivation strategies to hit scale and conversion cost targets.
• AI Solutions & Workflow Automation: Build, pioneer, and scale internal and external AI solutions to transform workflows, speed up asset iteration, and drive campaign efficiency.
• Data Attribution via AppsFlyer: Analyze app performance data with high sensitivity to AppsFlyer attribution modeling.
• Creative & Product Synergy: Partner with creative teams to test high-converting ad assets, and provide data-driven feedback to product teams to improve in-app conversion rates (CVR) and onboarding flows.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Experience & Platform Mastery: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in app performance marketing and UA. Hands-on expertise in Google (AC), Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads (ASA), with deep knowledge of AEO, VO, and in-app funnel conversion.
• AppsFlyer & Attribution Expertise: Highly data-driven with strong proficiency in AppsFlyer attribution modeling (including SKAN and Privacy Sandbox) to uncover hidden growth opportunities through granular data pivots.
• AI Solutions & Automation Mindset: Proven ability to build, adopt, and integrate AI tools/agent and automation into daily workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Plus Factors
• Hands-on experience building or customizing AI-driven automation scripts, predictive LTV models, or automated creative pipelines.
• Prior experience in O2O, on-demand delivery, or super-app ecosystem growth
