Get to Know the Role

As Assistant Manager, FMCG Account Management you are responsible for managing partnerships with FMCGs to achieve best-in-class quick commerce partnership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG and ECommerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Build and manage strong business relationships with FMCGs through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead business reviews with FMCG partners.
• Pitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contracts terms & conditions.
• Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end partner service delivery & response to market trends & needs.
• Resolve any issues and problems of FMCG partners and act as a link between the external and the internal teams.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

The role requires from the successful candidate the ability to think strategically and execute excellently, and strong interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations & implementation; essentially, a seasoned sales leader with ambition and drive, capable of building collaborative partnerships to support a variety of high-priority Grab and FMCG initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferably at least 3-5 years of sales and/or account management experience in the FMCG and ECommerce industry.
• Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills
• Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
• Strong organizational & analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
