Assistant Legal Counsel

🎯 Role Mission

As an Assistant Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support to Robinsons Offices, working closely with various departments including Leasing, Building Management, Project Management, Business Development, Special Projects, and Human Resources. You’ll help ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, manage legal risks, and support operations and projects with timely, practical legal advice.

🧠 What Were Looking For

🎓 A licensed lawyer and member of the Philippine Bar in good standing

📈 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, and/or labor law

🎨 Solid knowledge on contracts, property, labor, and corporate law

🔍 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

🗣 Clear and effective communicator; ethical, adaptable, and collaborative

📂 Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

📍 Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas
