Job Description

Title: Assistant Brand Manager


The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Senior Brand Manager in the overall management of the assigned product category/ies and the achievement of its long and short-term sales and brand objectives.

S/he is responsible in assisting the Senior Brand Manager in generating strategies and executing

campaigns that grow market share and the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive sales growth for the assigned category/ies. S/he works closely with the Senior Brand Manager and other functions and agencies to develop and implement ideas for new product innovations, advertising, promotions, media, merchandising, PR and digital campaigns. S/he also monitors the assigned category/ies product forecasts, initiatives and media calendar.

Category Management

  • Leads overall category management, including innovations and market development.
  • Reinforces the superior taste and value-for-money proposition of the assigned category by consistently driving trial and awareness.
  • Formulates both long- and short-term marketing plans to achieve category objectives.
  • Leads the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns for the assigned category.
  • Recommends and implements strategic pricing adjustments to improve category gross margins.
  • Manages A&P for category and ensures ROI for implemented campaigns

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, set clear objectives, timelines, and allocate resources.
  • Track project milestones, address issues, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively and track project expenses to stay within budget.
  • Assess project success, gather feedback, and provide post-project reports with recommendations.
  • Leads project coordination with the cross-functional Product Work Group to ensure the smooth execution of product development, launch, and monitoring.
  • Collaborates with internal and external support teams to develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversees the development and execution of marketing and promotional programs for both new and existing prod


Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least one year in Brand Management or other relevant experience
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig on a hybrid set-up
