The Area Lease Manager is responsible for maximizing the occupancy of malls assigned to him/her. He/she will help conceptualize and implement the right tenant mix for the malls. He/she will directly report to the Head of Lease.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Business Administration, or any equivalent course.
Must have experience in sales and marketing, specifically, commercial leasing.
Must have excellent communication and negotiations skills
Must be a very good people manager.
Must be willing to travel a lot. Work base is in Ortigas, Pasig (onsite work).
