Position Summary

The role under the Total Rewards Team is responsible for supporting the operation of HRIS Team in the day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of programs related to HRIS. This role is to perform SuccessFactors maintenance, administrative, and configuration type of activities, including, but not limited to updating cost centers, batch loading updates, interfaces, complex reporting, periodic audit of data in SF to ensure data integrity within HR information systems, and other related projects/tasks or HR related systems. This role is expected to work with global HR Team, 3rd party vendors, IT, Payroll and Legal.

Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities

  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Internal Subject Matter Expert on HRIS systems and processes
  • Ongoing maintenance/administrative SuccessFactors support
  • Manage day-to-day ServiceNow HR requests
  • Coordinate / participate in the audit process, as required
  • Provide systems support to the Talent Rewards Team
  • Collaborate with IT Partners to identify and solve issues
  • May perform additional duties as assigned

What we are looking for

Required Skills And Experience

  • Effective English language written and verbal capability required
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong background in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HRIS systems/tools. Having background in other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
  • Strong Customer Service and analytical skills
  • Experience in leading process optimization projects
  • Must be proficient in using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and drive for continuous improvement

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Background in SuccessFactors & ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge on Energizer-specific processes, an advantage
