AGILE PROJECT LEAD

About the Client:

Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for an experienced Agile Project Lead / Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cloud-based software products while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

As an Agile Project Lead / Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end software delivery by working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for sprint planning, release management, removing delivery blockers, optimizing Agile processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. This role also embraces AI-powered delivery practices to improve team efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sprint and release planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile delivery by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and optimizing team workflows.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and work-in-progress to improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to manage priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline documentation, reporting, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and ensure project transparency.
• Support Agile best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar software delivery role.
• Strong experience managing Agile software development projects in a product or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to improve project delivery is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
  
  
  

• Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.
• Experience working with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and software development processes.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or other enterprise software environments.
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
