What You Will Do

Assist customers through phone, email and chat regarding product inquiries, pricing orders and delivery updates
Document all customer interactions in the CRM
Resolve concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams and branches
Monitor pending cases and escalate when needed

What We Are Looking For

Open to fresh grads without experience
At least high school graduate
Customer service experience in any field is a plus
Able to communicate in English and Filipino
