Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statement databases and reports to facilitate review of expense accounts versus prior year.
• Allocate rebates and prepare allocation files for reporting purposes.
• Generate sales margin analyses (YTD and MTD) and inventory aging reports for management commentaries.
• Prepare online Profit & Loss reports.
• Update PFRS 16 templates for concessions, new store openings, and closures on a quarterly basis.
• Calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentives.
• Prepare interim audit schedules, including AP, inventory, and other schedules outside RISS scope.
• Review VAT supporting schedules and reconciliations before submission to the Controller.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or any business-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
