Responsibilities - Accountant (100% Remote)

• Perform general accounting functions, including month-end closing, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly working papers for APAC legal entities.
• Support corporate secretarial activities and statutory audit requirements.
• Lead and oversee the payroll process across assigned entities.
• Handle day-to-day treasury activities such as bank transactions, cash flow tracking, and payment processing for vendors, consultants and employees
• Review employee expense claims and credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Perform other duties as assigned by the APAC Finance Director.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 5-6 years in an Accountant role.
• Audit experience preferred
• Detail oriented, organized, and delivers results efficiently.
• Highly motivated, and self-driven, able to work under pressure to meet business needs within demanding timescales, in a complex hands-on operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications
• Able to effectively work independently
• Flexible and able to quickly adjust to a dynamic changing business environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One or S4 Hana, as well as Salesforce, a plus.
