Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading Account Executives, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive business impact.

  • Lead and mentor Account Executives, providing direction, support, and performance oversight.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Drive new business opportunities, securing partnerships and growing key accounts.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive insights and innovative solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of Account Executives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documentation, contracts, and finance-related approvals.
  • Address client concerns and provide proactive solutions to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in events, activations, or marketing.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and managing Account Executives or a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic solutions for business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Willing to work on-site as needed for client meetings and project execution.
