We are seeking a savvy, eloquent, and highly analytical Account Manager to join our client-facing team. This crucial role is responsible for managing relationships with our brand partners, ensuring their campaign objectives are met, and delivering insightful performance reports. The ideal candidate thrives on communication, excels at translating data into actionable insights, and is committed to fostering long-term client success. This is a flexible hybrid role, requiring the ability to be in Manila for occasional meetings and collaborative sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusting, and long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the successful execution of client campaigns (including sponsorship deals and ad placements), ensuring flawless coordination between the client, sales, and production teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Manage the collection, analysis, and presentation of campaign data and metrics, delivering eloquent and insightful reports to clients on campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, etc.).
  • Strategic Communication: Lead regular client communication, including status updates, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions for renewals and upsells.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks in campaigns and provide swift, effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be based in the Manila area and available for occasional in-office work as required.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Account Management, Client Success, or a related client-facing role, preferably within media, digital advertising, or podcasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex data clearly and persuasively (eloquence is key).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating performance reports and presentations (Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and savvy approach to anticipating client needs and identifying growth opportunities.
