Job Description

  • Proactively reach out to organizations to identify opportunities for events, translation, and interpretation services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Conduct client presentations (virtual and in-person) to showcase our services
  • Represent Elite Translations in meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
  • Participate in and manage bidding processes, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Consistently drive revenue growth by closing deals and hitting sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in speaking with executives and decision-makers
  • Experience in events, B2B services, or corporate sales is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events
