Job Description

Proactively reach out to organizations to identify opportunities for events, translation, and interpretation services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Conduct client presentations (virtual and in-person) to showcase our services
Represent Elite Translations in meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
Participate in and manage bidding processes, proposals, and contract negotiations
Consistently drive revenue growth by closing deals and hitting sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident in speaking with executives and decision-makers
Experience in events, B2B services, or corporate sales is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Willingness to attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events
