Job Summary

These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Tax Services team you, you lead the discussions to assign work to be processed by Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers based on capacity and capabilities. As a manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role focuses on coaching and providing guidance to Senior Associates and Managers, including conducting quality reviews, while making sure exceptional work meets client service expectations.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and any Accounting-related courses
