The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Sourcing and Insights team you will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies and building healthy candidate pipelines. As an Associate you will support the execution of various sourcing strategies while contributing to the development of the PwC brand. This position provides a dynamic environment to enhance your analytical skills and engage with diverse talent, making a significant impact on the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Contribute to building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Support various sourcing initiatives to attract diverse talent
  • Engage with candidates to enhance the recruitment experience
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to strengthen the PwC brand
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sourcing strategies
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of the recruitment process

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or any related course
  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
