The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Global Real Estate team you will lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. As a Senior Manager you will guide multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving cost-effectiveness and resolving critical issues. This role emphasizes operational excellence and client satisfaction, focusing on delivering large-scale commercial projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead thorough project delivery from initiation to completion
  • Oversee planning, execution, and budget management for projects
  • Coordinate procurement and contract management activities
  • Confirm adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Drive cost effectiveness while addressing critical project challenges
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Foster sturdy relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction
  • Monitor project timelines to confirm on-time delivery within budget

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or architecture
  • 8 years of experience in Project & Construction management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
