The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Operations Management team you lead the charge in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across our service delivery teams. As a Manager, you are accountable for overseeing project success, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of quality and integrity while navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to shape the future of our operations, implement innovative solutions, and build meaningful relationships with clients and team members alike.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in assurance or related work
  • Professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
