As an IT Audit Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of IT control solutions and service organization control reports within our Digital Assurance practice. As a Manager, you will supervise and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop exceptional deliverables. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will verify project success, maintain elevated standards, and leverage team strengths to deliver on client expectations. Your role involves interfacing with clients and stakeholders, leading the planning and execution of projects, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

• Leading the development and implementation of IT control solutions
• Guiding teams in creating service organization control reports
• Managing client accounts and delivering top-quality deliverables
• Analyzing complex issues to drive client engagement and outcomes

• At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
• At least 4 years of experience
• At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Phillipines Licensed CPA
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least 4 - 7 years of experience
• Proficiency in IT controls solutions and service organization controls
• Having a CISA certification would be advantageous
• Proficiency in financial reporting and IT management controls
• Familiarity with COSO Framework, CoBIT, ITIL
• Experience in project management for IT audit projects
• Leading teams in developing service organization control reports
