Job Description

At PwC, our people in talent and development focus on finding, deploying, training and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firms code of conduct, and independence requirements.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.
