Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisations goals, values, and initiatives.

As part of the Change Management team you play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and tracking essential change management initiatives. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while driving successful transitions for various lines of services. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor in change management, enabling growth strategies and fostering impactful relationships across the organization.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
