The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Office of the General Counsel, you will provide dedicated legal support in corporate, commercial, employment law, and data privacy matters. As a Senior Manager, you will play an important part in all aspects of regulatory and legal proceedings for the company and its personnel, by supporting and advising the management on regulatory issues and on legal matters relating to its operations and its client contracting function and services.   This role offers the chance to mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning legal strategies with the companys growth objectives.



Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable legal guidance in corporate, commercial, employment law, and data privacy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives
  • Lead and manage significant projects maintaining alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyze complex legal issues and propose practical solutions
  • Uphold the utmost standards of legal compliance and ethical practices
  • Innovate and enhance processes to improve operational effectiveness
  • Oversee, conduct and lead investigations and participate in employee and ethics related cases (internal and external); 
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of growth
  • Engage with clients to secure successful project outcomes



What You Must Have

  • Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctorate in Law
  • Philippine Bar Exam Passer
  • At least 9 years of legal experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
