Video Editor

Position description: As a video editor at 2X, we expect you to able to do basic quality video editing using standard software such Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects without any senior or lead in the team to guide you on the basics in the software. We expect you to understand any brief that were given by the client or from you lead and execute it as we expected. Any request or task that require you to come out any concepts, we expect you to able to explain your ideas to your team and to the client. We expect you to keep improving your video editing skills and always ask questions that help with you to improve.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop a storyboard and advise on scripts to be reviewed by the marketing team.
• Design and create enticing videos or design concepts (marketing videos and material)
• Execute post production tasks, including video/audio editing, motion graphics animation, animated assets, sound design, color grading & corrections.
• To work as a team player in a collaborative creative environment. Working with marketing, design, and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the client team to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with clients guidelines and design standards.
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Art Design Creative Multimedia or equivalent Cinematography/ Photography/Videography/ Visual Arts or any related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in video editing
• Understanding of production and post-production workflow from production to delivery
• Good sense of design typography and animation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc Meticulous technical organized and creative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and independently
• Proficient in English. Good communication skill
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
