Job Title: Corporate Hiring Manager

Location: Philippines (with global requisition coverage: Portugal & US)

Job Summary

The Corporate Hiring Manager is a strategic recruitment leader responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for niche and executive-level roles across Enshored’s global operations. Acting as the internal executive recruitment arm of the Talent Acquisition department, this role oversees high-impact requisitions in the Philippines, Portugal, and the United States, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and global hiring standards.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Niche Recruitment
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, niche, and executive roles across multiple geographies.
  • Source, assess, and engage top-tier talent using advanced sourcing strategies and executive search techniques.
  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage final selection processes.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver timely updates and strategic insights to stakeholders across regions.
  • Global Requisition Oversight
  • Manage open requisitions across Enshored’s global footprint, including Portugal and the US.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, cultural hiring nuances, and time zone coordination.
  • Collaborate with regional HR and TA teams to streamline cross-border recruitment processes.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate tracking of requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and handoff to HR and department leads.
  • Champion process improvements and technology adoption to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Candidate Experience & Branding
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience for executive and niche talent.
  • Represent Enshored’s employer brand with professionalism and strategic messaging.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate or executive recruitment, preferably in a BPO or multinational setting.

Proven success in managing cross-border requisitions and senior-level hiring.

Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influence skills.

Familiarity with global recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and executive search tools.

Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
