Job Description

  • Provides timely feedback to senior management on Departments performance and operational needs
  • Serves as a primary example of dedication to Customer Satisfaction
  • Responsible for the performance and development of Office Personnel, Front liners and Workshop Team Members
  • Strategizes and implements additional and/or ancillary revenue streams for the Department

Job Requirement

  • Must have at least three (3) years of related work experience as a Supervisor or Manager in an Automotive Dealership
  • Must have a good reputation in the Automotive industry (High level of Integrity and Professionalism)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Technical aspects of automotive repair, diagnosis and services
  • Must be capable of making sound decisions on a daily basis
  • Must be able to ensure a successful implementation of ideas and goals
