What will you do?

Based in our Pasig City office, you will lead the operational and commercial success of our extensive retail network. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a high-performing team across approximately 300 stores nationwide.

• Lead Retail Performance: You will define the retail strategy and steer your team to achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs. You will analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to drive results.
• Drive Operational Excellence: You will ensure the highest standards of store operations, from visual merchandising and inventory management to customer service. You will optimize processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across all locations.
• Develop High-Performing Teams: You will lead, coach, and empower a large field team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. You will be instrumental in building the retail capabilities of our store and area managers.
• Execute Commercial Strategy: You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in our stores, delivering a superior brand experience for every customer.
  
  

• A Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in multi-store retail management.
• Mastery of retail operations and a deep understanding of business drivers.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a large field team.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to set a vision and drive growth.
• Expertise in optimizing store processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale.
