Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for various recruitment processes.

• Experience Level: 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
