Job Summary

The Recruitment Operations Manager oversees recruitment delivery, process optimization, and talent acquisition initiatives to support organizational growth. This role ensures efficient hiring operations while maintaining high standards in candidate quality and recruitment service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily recruitment operations and hiring execution across multiple business units
• Lead recruitment planning sessions with department managers and HR leaders
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and sourcing effectiveness
• Improve recruitment workflows and candidate management processes
• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Handle escalations and ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Manage external recruitment vendors and job advertising channels
• Provide coaching and performance management to recruitment team members
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline
• Required background from Tech or IT industry
• At least 5 years of solid Recruitment experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong background in technical hiring and recruitment operations
• Experience managing recruitment KPIs and team performance
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
