Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join a growing support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, identify patterns, surface operational issues, and escalate insights that improve both customer and client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer support calls
• Communicate with English-speaking restaurant clients when needed
• Identify recurring issues and escalation risks
• Provide clear, actionable summaries to internal teams
• Track patterns and proactively surface insights
