Operations Specialist

Position Overview

Manages and maintains master data quality. Monitors the input practices for master data and guarantees proper data entry. Maintains and creates master data records in accordance with Insight policies.

What You’ll Do At Insight

  • Support and validate teammate adherence to master data policies.
  • Ensure data elements are correct on all records, especially upon creation of new entries.
  • Responsible for auditing and maintaining the integrity of the data.
  • Execute process to identify and remove duplicate records from master data databases.
  • Create new records in the master databases.
  • Execute processes supporting sales organizations.
  • Communicate with multiple areas of the company.

What You’ll Need To Join Insight

  • Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with large databases and address validation tools.
  • Ability to analyze information to support fact-based decisions.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet aggressive service-level agreements.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SQL, Databricks & D&B Databases.
