Primary Role Responsibilities

The Analyst, Success Operations – Value Elevation Program (VEP) plays a critical role in supporting coordination, performance tracking, and internal communications for Riskonnect’s global Value Elevation Program.

What is the Value Elevation Program?

The Value Elevation Program is Riskonnect’s customer-centric approach to ensuring clients receive optimal value for their investment. Rather than relying on inflationary price increases, the VEP evaluates account pricing in the context of current market benchmarks and offers customers value-based upgrade opportunities at a discount. The goal is to align pricing with value received, helping customers maximize outcomes while strengthening long-term relationships.

This role partners closely with senior leaders, especially within Customer Success, to ensure that program activities are well-coordinated, insights are data-driven, and internal stakeholders remain aligned.

In this role, the Analyst, Success Operations – VEP Program will be responsible for:

  • Hosting and supporting monthly VEP kickoff calls and capturing action items and decisions.
  • Sending timely reminder communications for VEP option notifications.
  • Preparing and updating dashboards for Offer 2 tracking and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) status calls.
  • Generating regular reports on program financial performance and progress toward objectives.
  • Supporting the Senior Director and Chief Customer Officer with pre-read briefings and data insights for executive meetings.
  • Coordinating ad-hoc meetings including renewal calls, leadership syncs, and internal working sessions.
  • Reconciling VEP commissions on a monthly basis.
  • Conducting quarterly surveys and compiling OKR results related to VEP.
  • Assisting with annual budget preparation tied to VEP activities.
  • Managing reports and metrics related to additional product lines including Resilience, CV, and MS.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or program coordination role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with working across time zones and functions in a global team environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, including written summaries and executive briefings.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
