Marketing Officer

Job Description

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team who will be: responsible for supporting and implementation of the marketing plans and programs, assist in managing and executing marketing events and campaigns, coordinating and overseeing various marketing tasks in preparing for events/exhibits, reports, photo documentation, has basic knowledge in professional/marketing communications, documentation, market research, database management, and graphic design tools, staying up to date with the latest marketing tools and trends, and active collaborative with the marketing team and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and programs
• Contribute ideas for Geodata brand (i.e., social media promotion, concept and design of corporate giveaways)
• Assist and coordinate with marketing events/exhibits/marketing materials preparation/secretariat tasks
• Perform marketing duties for onsite events
• Preparation of post-event report/documentation/photos
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, social media, newsletter, and poster content
• Creation and updating of marketing database
• Generate new database from events and inquiries
• Answering inquiries received from marketing email
• Researching and profiling of inquiries
• Contribute to the creation of designs for posters, newsletters, brochures, or other creatives
  
  
  

• College degree in Marketing or Marketing Management, Arts/Communications/BA, or any related courses from a reputable school
• Related marketing events and graphic design experience from school or previous work is an advantage
  
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office 365
• Knowledgeable in marketing/video editing tools
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Presentation skills
