Responsibilities

• Study of bedrock permeability, weathering condition, lithological variations, and other material properties.
• Preparation of a geological surface and geological factual report under which are summarized all results from the site investigations, including all laboratory and field tests as well as all structural data from geological surface mapping and site walk over survey.
• Preparation of a geological and geotechnical investigation report, which should include a detailed analysis and interpretation of data contained in the above mentioned geological and geotechnical factual report culminating in the development of a geological model of the ground within the route corridor. The geological model will be created based on direct inference from surface mapping, groundwater chemical studies, Petro-graphical studies, and mineralogical studies as well as the reasonable and appropriate extrapolation of the geology and structures from the results of surface mapping.
