The Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all malls under the company’s portfolio comply with environmental laws, regulations, and standards set by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) , Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) , and other relevant regulatory bodies. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and implementing environmental programs and corrective actions to maintain full regulatory compliance and promote sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in commercial or retail property management.
• Strong knowledge of DENR, LLDA, and other environmental regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in environmental reporting tools and systems.
