I. Job Summary

A Digital Transformation job summary involves integrating digital technology into all areas of a business to fundamentally change how it operates and delivers value. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and strong change management skills to guide an organization through digital initiatives and improve efficiency and customer experiences.

II. ORGANIZATIONAL REPORTING

He or She will report directly to the President/COO

III. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize and automate processes for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Lead change management initiatives to foster a digital-first culture.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes through the implementation of new digital tools and automation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of digital projects.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless technology integration.

Iv. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital strategy, project are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing digital solutions.
  • Experience in industries undergoing digital disruption is a plus.
  • Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks associated with transformation projects.

V. Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Specialized courses in digital strategy, data analytics, or change management add value.
  • A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on digital transformation, innovation, or technology management is highly desirable for advanced strategic and leadership skills.
