Job Description

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong advertising agency experience to lead our international marketing team. This role requires expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing to elevate our portfolio of internal brands and select external clients.

As the leader of a multidisciplinary team, youll drive digital marketing initiatives across our brands with a primary focus on building engaged communities and amplifying our social media presence.

What Youll Do

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists across SEO, paid media, social media, and growth marketing
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that connect our brands with target audiences
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with content, design, and web development teams
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on digital marketing trends and emerging social platforms
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and feedback sessions

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Oversee social media strategy and execution across all platforms for internal brands (Loft Spaces, Renture, Launchpad, Hire Manila, Prosmash)
  • Build and nurture engaged communities with a focus on follower growth and meaningful engagement
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs and partnerships
  • Create or oversee creation of compelling social content, including video editing and multimedia assets
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content formats to maintain competitive advantage

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor how digital marketing tactics from each pillar translate to qualified leads and sales opportunities
  • Track team performance monthly and quarterly against established goals, with emphasis on lead quality and sales pipeline contribution
  • Deliver data-rich campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales team through biweekly meetings to review qualified vs. unqualified leads, sales targets, and pillar performance
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize campaigns across digital channels based on lead generation effectiveness
  • Conduct SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities for products and team development

Operational Excellence

  • Manage digital marketing tactics for international divisions
  • Collaborate with Senior Management (CEO, Product Marketing Manager) to create team incentive structures
  • Ensure efficient processes and service delivery across all digital marketing functions
  • Hold team members accountable for metrics, policies, and departmental goals
  • Make recommendations for recognition of exceptional performers

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an advertising agency environment
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing across major platforms
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Experience with influencer marketing programs, including sourcing, negotiation, and campaign management
  • Hands-on content creation skills, including video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
  • Excellent copywriting skills for social media and digital content
  • Strong project management abilities with experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Significant personal social media following demonstrating platform expertise
    • Experience building brands from the ground up or scaling existing communities
    • Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
    • Background in managing teams in agency or in-house marketing departments
