Responsibilities – How will you do this?

• Deliver actionable insights through monthly internal reports and assist the Go Rewards team with quarterly partner presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for the Go Rewards team and partners to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses in response to stakeholder requests and through independent data explorations to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
• Manage end-to-end data projects , including timelines, stakeholder communication, and report delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and refining reporting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Tech, Program, and Partner Teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Support partner onboarding by defining tracking requirements and ensuring seamless data integration.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics ,
• or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations) and Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights —from extraction to visualization and storytelling.
