Job Description

About PDAX

At PDAX, we believe that the future of money is digital, and our mission is to empower all Filipinos to grow their wealth through blockchain technology.

As one of the first crypto firms in the Philippine market, we feel a sense of duty to our users and to the ecosystem to set the standard for safety, ease of access, and reliability. We expect our team to share in this responsibility and cherish our vision of a more open and equitable financial system.

We are looking for new team members that are passionate about cryptocurrency, want to work in a disruptive, fast-growing industry, and thrive in a start-up environment.

If this sounds like you, then we’d love to talk.

General Responsibilities

We're looking for a product manager to build, optimize, and scale the back-office software that powers PDAX's day-to-day operations. In this role, your “users” are your colleagues, the teams across Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance, who rely on these systems to keep the exchange running safely and efficiently.

You'll sit at the intersection of business need and technical execution: owning enhancements to our home-grown systems while managing integrations with key enterprise platforms. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex workflow puzzles, turning messy operational processes into clean automated systems, and seeing the impact of their work in the business every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Map workflows and pain points: Shadow internal teams across Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to understand their daily workflows, manual bottlenecks, and points of system friction.
  • Turn data into insight: Combine user feedback, operational metrics, and system usage data to identify and prioritize high-impact product improvements.
  • Strategy & Roadmap Execution
  • Prioritize high-value features: Help define and prioritize the internal tools roadmap based on business value, ROI, technical complexity, and operational bandwidth.
  • Define requirements: Translate business needs into clear product specs, user stories, process flow diagrams, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Drive sprint execution: Partner closely with engineering through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery on track.
  • Internal Tools Portfolio Ownership
  • Proprietary systems: Drive enhancements for our custom in-house platforms, including User Management, eKYC, Fraud & Risk Management, and Internal Dashboards to support their day-to-day workflows.
  • Third-party platforms: Optimize and integrate enterprise tools such as Freshdesk, Kissflow, Hyperverge, Estuary, ReTool and ComplyAdvantage to streamline cross-system workflows.
  • Data availability: Ensure data sources are available, accessible, and reliable so the teams can build and maintain their own dashboards and reporting.
  • Process automation: Identify redundant, manual processes across operational teams and drive automation to reduce turnaround time and error rates.
  • Impact & Performance Tracking
  • Track tool effectiveness: Define and monitor KPIs such as task processing time, error rates, internal user satisfaction to measure feature success.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Use analytics and post-launch feedback to iterate on existing tools on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar role; exposure to internal tooling or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Communication & stakeholder management: Able to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical users, and business needs into technical requirements for engineers.
  • Analytical & problem-solving mindset: Comfortable using data to break down messy processes, validate assumptions, and back up product decisions.
  • Technical and process empathy: Genuine curiosity about how systems communicate, how operational teams work, and how software can simplify human tasks.
  • Execution and ownership: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our Culture
