The Recruiter is responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy for all assigned open positions within Med-Metrix and plays a critical role is shaping the culture and success of the organization by sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for hire. The Recruiter plays an integral role in shaping a candidate’s first impression for the company, impacting culture and brand of the company. The Recruiter will collaborate directly with hiring teams and leadership across the organization to find the best resources within reasonable time frames.
Duties And Responsibilities
Work with Talent Acquisition manager and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for all assigned vacant positions.
Work with hiring managers and Human Resources to develop and create job descriptions
Post open positions on applicant tracking system and maintains the system to include accurate movement of candidates, appropriate dispositioning of candidates, and timely closing of filled roles
Update recruitment log/tracker precisely to reflect offer acceptances for accurate reporting
Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Proactively source passive candidates for aged or priority openings, creatively leveraging available resources and tools to enhance pipeline
Make calculated recommendations to hiring managers on offer amounts and makes employment offers
May attend recruitment functions both virtually and/or in-person
May assist with vendor management, such as recruitment sites, agencies, or others
Assist in process documentation, including SLA’s, SOPs, and various files to insure process compliance
Recommend process improvement initiatives, including ways to save time, costs or better the candidate experience
Other duties as assigned
Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a health care or similar setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Experience using ATS and HRIS systems
Ability to navigate career websites including job boards and applicant tracking systems
Interviewing skills
Highly organized and able to function accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, easily shift priorities as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Working Conditions
Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
